The furniture comprises Four-Post, Tent, and other Bedsteads and Furnitures: prime seasoned goose feather beds and clean bedding, wool and hair mattresses, mahogany double and single chests of drawers, dressing tables, washstand stands, excellent 8 day o’clock in a mahogany case superior mahogany secretary and bookcase with glazed folding doors, completely fitted up: portable writing desk, mahogany breakfast, dining and Pembroke tables; chairs, sofa, Brussels and other carpets, pier, chimney and dressing glasses; fenders and fireirons, prints, two very superior nightingales and cases, double barrel percussion gun, china and glass, copper & C. and various culinary articles.

This is the last will and testament of me Charles Morgan Gillham Naval Instructor on board her Majesty's ship "Malabar" made this thirty first day of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight.
I give devise and bequeath unto my father Charles Gillham of Plymouth Gentleman all wages, pay, tuition money and bounty money, prize money and all other my estate and effects of every kind, quality and description soon? in anyway belonging unto me at the time of my decease subject to the payment of all the just and lawful debts due and owing by me at the time of my decease. And I do hereby nominate and appoint my friend Robert Moon Oliver of Devonport in the County of Devon Navy Agent Executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above first written.
